The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Mazur.

Cause of Death A: Respiratory Failure

Cause of Death B: Sepsis

Cause of Death C: Aspiration Pneumonia

Cause of Death D: End-Stage Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Other Significant Condition: Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis
