Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 64-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hotel/motel.
The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Mary Choate.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Citalopram, Cocaine, Olanzapine, and Quetiapine

Olanzapine (sold under the trade name Zyprexa among others) is an antipsychotic primarily used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
