Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old “Latino” male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the person as Leon Kitzler and listed his race/ethnicity as Latino.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death: Coronary Artery Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Pulmonary Embolism, Chronic Kidney Disease Requiring Dialysis, Laennec’s Cirrhosis, Umbilical Hernia Repair

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 5:00 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 11.
