(L.A.) Michael Anderson, 54, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 54-year-old Black male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Michael Anderson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

RIP MICHAEL ANDERSON (September 26, 1968 – June 6, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:09 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 21, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

This was an accidental drug overdose.
