(L.A.) Iesha Pye, 40, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 40-year-old Black female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Iesha Pye.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP IESHA PYE (September 2, 1982 – May 30, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 1:45 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.

This was an accidental drug overdose.
