Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Robert Oquinn.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Pulmonary Thromboembolism

Cause of Death B: Deep Venous Thrombosis

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Intake
