(L.A.) Mitchell Witkosky, 79, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 79-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Mitchell Witkosky.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Cocaine

RIP MITCHELL WITKOSKY (March 29, 1944 – May 26, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 10:15 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.

This was an accidental drug overdose.
