Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sylvia Gonzalez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication
