The coroner’s office has identified the man as Israel Sandoval, Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Acetyl Fentanyl, Fentanyl and Fluorofentanyl

Other Significant Conditions: Dilated Cardiomyopathy, Hypertension
