The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Monique Chavez.

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death C: Effects of Methamphetamine Use

Other Significant Condition: Asthma
