The coroner’s office has identified the man as Terry Barnum.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 6:23 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug. This is considered an accidental overdose.
