(L.A.) Anthony Wells, 63, Died on a Sidewalk

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 63-year-old Black male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Anthony Wells.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine Toxicity
