(L.A.) Jairo Magana, 34, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 34-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jairo Magana. Born in L.A. County. Mother’s maiden name is Gallardo.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 7:47 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 21, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
