Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 32-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Matthew Burzynski of North Hills, California.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was on Wednesday at 12:23 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 11, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
