(L.A.) Kimberly Contreras, 48, Died from Drugs

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old “White/Caucasian” female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Kimberly Contreras.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Acetyl Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 12:44 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 11, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
