The coroner’s office identified the man as Wallace Grisby.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Chronic Alcohol Use

Other Significant Conditions: Dilated Cardiomyopathy and Recent Cocaine Use

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, substance overdose.
