(L.A.) Jeremy Rush, 29, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jeremy Rush.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:52 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 7, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
