Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 60-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at his place of residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jonathan Sachs.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Heroin, Oxycodone, and Cocaine Toxicity
