Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 36-year-old Hispanic male that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Octavio Reyes.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Heroin

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
