Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at a transient encampment.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alejandro Alvarez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication
