Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a rehabilitation / detox center.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Eduardo Rocha.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 9:17 a.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
