The coroner’s office has identified the man as Manuel Madrigal.

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Alcohol, Fentanyl, Benzos

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 12:54 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
