(L.A.) Jack Martinez, 19, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 19-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office identified the young man as Jack Martinez.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 6:08 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 7, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
