(L.A.) Joseph Tillmon, 44, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Black male that occurred at a private residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joseph Tillmon.
Manner of Death: Accident
Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Heroin and Methamphetamine Toxicity
RIP JOSEPH TILLMON (August 29, 1978 – April 17, 2023)
Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:28 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early September, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
