Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old Hispanic female that occurred at a transient encampment.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Zulma Farias.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication
