Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 65-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.
The coroner’s office has identified the man as Randal Levin.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Ethanol
Other Significant Condition: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
