The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Stella Quinley.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Multiple Complications of Arteriosclerotic Heart Disease and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Other Significant Conditions: History of Chronic Illicit Drug and Alcohol Abuse; Remote Blunt-Force Trauma
