Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 55-year-old Black male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Keith Washington, resident of West 33rd Street in Long Beach 90810.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Mixed Drug Toxicity (Fentanyl, Methamphetamine)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:00 a.m.

In the medical examiner’s parlance, “private residence” indicates it was not the decedent’s own home.
