Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 51-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Albert Nevarez Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Atherosclerotic Coronary Heart Disease

Other Significant Condition: Prescription Medication Intoxication

RIP ALBERT NEVAREZ JR. (November 9, 1949 – July 15, 2001)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 7:30 p.m.

This was ruled an accident because it didn’t seem like the decedent intended to kill himself when he overdosed on prescription meds.
