Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 72-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Timothy Chieves.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 8:26 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug. This is considered an accidental overdose.
