(L.A.) Anthony Bartek, 35, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Anthony Bartek.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:16 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 16, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
