Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old Latin American male that occurred in a park.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Edmundo Tarango Jr.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Other Significant Conditions: Chlordiazepoxide, Diazepam, and Lorazepam Use

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, polydrug overdose.
