(L.A.) James Gaefcke, 58, Died From Polydrug Abuse

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Caucasian male that occurred on a sidewalk in Long Beach.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as James Gaefcke.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Phencyclidine, Heroin, Methamphetamine and Chlordiazepoxide
