(L.A.) Jeffrey Barrett, 37, Died in Long Beach

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Jeffrey Barrett.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Toxic Effects of Fentanyl, Ethanol, and Nordiazepam

RIP JEFFREY BARRETT (September 29, 1984 – July 26, 2022)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 11:40 p.m.

The government investigator noted that the decedent was transient.
