Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 50-year-old Latin American male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Lona.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine, and Ethanol

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 3:09 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on January 30, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
