Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old Black male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Demitrius Thomas.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Cocaine

RIP DEMITRIUS THOMAS (February 20, 1965 – March 29, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 12:17 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 4, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
