Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 70-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Dorothy Mcgee, resident of Cohasset Street in Van Nuys 91405.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Warfarin Toxicity
