(L.A.) Richard Matthews, 52, Died in a Hotel/Motel

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 52-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hotel/motel.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Richard Matthews.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:29 p.m.

The ruling by the medical examiner came out in late June / early July.
