Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Alex Odell.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, and Phencyclidine

RIP ALEX ODELL (July 2, 1979 – January 27, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 10:20 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 22, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
