Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 39-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Julia Wheeler.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Morphine (Heroin) and Polymedications Use

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 5:36 p.m.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
