Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old Black male that occurred in a walkway.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Cecil Tugwell.

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Methamphetamine Use
