(L.A.) Armando Gallegos, 48, Died in a Public Restroom

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 48-year-old male of Latin American ethnicity that occurred in a public restroom.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Armando Gallegos.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Heroin

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:25 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
