The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Barbara Aikens.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Thermal Burns

RIP BARBARA AIKENS (July 15, 1940 – February 26, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 4:35 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on August 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back.
