Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Destiny Howington.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Hemorrhagic Shock

Cause of Death B: Ruptured Gastroduodenal Artery Aneurysm

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Methamphetamine Use
