The coroner’s office has identified the man as Kuan Cheng Chen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Multi Compartment Intracranial Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension
