(L.A.) Ronnie Johnson, 59, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 59-year-old Caucasian male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Ronnie Johnson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Cocaine

RIP RONNIE JOHNSON (December 17, 1963 – February 2, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 7:45 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on September 19, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive from the lab. This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.

Note that there are multiple decedents named “Ronnie Johnson” in public records.
