Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Daniel Rhodes.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Blunt-Force Head Trauma in Setting of Seizures

Cause of Death B: History of Brain Neoplasm

Other Significant Conditions: History of Chiasmal Optic Nerve Glioma and Anaplastic Astrocytoma, Seizure Disorder, Hydrocephalus
