(L.A.) Anthony Johnson, 29, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Black male that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Anthony Johnson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effecs of Methamphetamine, Cocaine and Fentanyl

RIP ANTHONY JOHNSON (November 29, 1993 – February 9, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 7:55 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 28, presumably after the results of tox screening came back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
