Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office identified the man as Charles Woods.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: External Neck Compression and Prone Restraint

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease, Obesity
