Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 67-year-old Hispanic female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office identified the woman as Elsa Mendoza.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Intoxication by the Combined Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine, Methamphetamine, Phencyclidine, and Ethanol
